How to Take Pruvit Keto OS
Keto OS is a powder that comes in single serve packets for convenience. Keto OS is available in both a ‘CHARGED’ version and standard or non-charged version. The only difference here, is the ‘CHARGED’ version contains caffeine.
To drink Pruvit Keto OS, you mix one sachet with 12 to 16 ounces of water and consume straight away. You can use still water, or sparkling water.

What is Pruvit Keto OS NAT?
Keto OS NAT is the updated version from the original Keto OS. It was introduced by Pruvit in 2019 and replaces Keto OS MAX.
NAT stands for Nutritionally Advanced Technology. Pruvit have used a naturally fermented process to create a keto supplement that is as close as possible to ketones produced by the human body.
Keto OS NAT contains Inner Bark of Uncaria Tomentosa, also known as the herb cat’s claw. This has been patented by Pruvit as C-MED 100.
Pruvit claim that C-MED 100 promotes DNA repair. We went searching for studies linking the Inner Bark of Uncaria Tomentosa with DNA repair. We did find this study linking Inner Bark of Uncaria Tomentosa with use in osteoarthritis patients, showing a reduction in pain during activity.
Is Pruvit Keto OS Safe During Pregnancy?
Pruvit Keto OS NAT is not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is not the ketone salts that are the issue, it is the Inner Bark of Uncaria Tomentosa (Cat’s Claw) or as patented by Pruvit C-MED 100.
Science direct reports that cat’s claw is not for use during pregnancy or during breastfeeding. In ancient times, it has also been used as a contraceptive and may interfere with normal functioning of the ovaries. If you are planning to become pregnant in the near future, please stop taking this supplement.
What is Pruvit Keto Max?
Pruvit Keto Max is an older name, which has now been replaced by Pruvit Keto NAT. There is also a slight difference in the ingredients between Pruvit Keto MAX and Pruvit Keto NAT.
Pruvit Keto MAX contains no C-MED 100 (as above, also known as cat’s claw or Inner Bark of Uncaria Tomentosa).
In 2020, Pruvit Keto Max no longer appears on the Pruvit website. You can still find Pruvit Keto Max on Amazon in some flavors, in both CHARGED (includes caffeine) and caffeine free versions. As this is an older product now, be sure to ask about the best before dates before purchasing.
What is Keto OS PRO?
Pruvit Keto OS Pro is a combination of exogenous ketones, medium chain triglycerides and C-MED 100.
Medium chain triglycerides (MCT) are very good for your body, converted into ketones by the liver almost instantly and despite being a fat, do not cause fat gain, unless of course you are going way over your macros daily.

What is Pruvit Black Label Series?
Pruvit Keto unleashed was released from Pruvit in 2020. It is also known as Pruvit Black Label Series. It is available in 3 flavors, blue ocean, rush and eclipse.
The black label series has a larger amount of beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) blend in it than Pruvit Keto OS NAT. The difference is 17.3 grams of BHB blend in Pruvit Black Label, compared to 12.6 grams of BHB blend in Pruvit Keto OS NAT.
